BOEM Publishes Notice of Availability (NOA) for Revised Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)

Based on the comments received in response to the EA, public outreach, information meetings, and new information received, BOEM made revisions to the EA originally published in January 2015. As a result of the analysis in the revised EA, BOEM issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI).
